Return Policy
All purchases made at Plum Deluxe are guaranteed by our Sip Satisfaction Guarantee.
An order that I have placed needs to be cancelled/returned.
If your order has already been processed and/or shipped, we cannot cancel your order. Please note your order may process and ship several hours prior to changes being reflected in your My Account area on the website or before receiving notifications.
If your order has not shipped, we are able to cancel and process a refund of the order, minus the payment processing fees we are charged initially which are $3 per order. We do not get these funds back if we cancel and refund you, so we cannot provide a full refund if you change your mind after you order.
If the order has already shipped and was returned to us and you wish to cancel the order, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the payment processing fee and the postage paid (which has already been used).
We cannot accept returns of teas, but our guarantee applies. Please reach out to us if you need to return any item. hello@plumdeluxe.com.
