What a refreshing and soothing tea. The lightness of the white tea blends beautifully with the hint of honey and tangerine. Sometimes I like to add a little something to my tea so I made a candied tangerine slice that I lightly brushed with honey and floated it in my cup. That small slice brought out the richness of all the flavors in the tea. Next time I’m thinking of adding a whipped cream and lightly sprinkle it with nutmeg. I really love Plum Deluxe Teas.
