My mom was a wedding cake maker and she also made those mints and I often loved them more than cake samples! When I was growing up we sometimes had them for the holidays as well, intermixed with the fudge (honestly now that I think about it, it's not really that different than a fudge). This was a really fun tea for me to make - and drink!

The perfect mint -has even more flavor than the mint like the cookie oolong. Needs nothing extra but a splash of milk takes it to the next level
