For this blend I was thinking about all the pretty flowers you see during the holidays - but they're not really flowers you can eat (poinsettias will cause intestinal distress, for example), so I thought let's play it safe and use some of our summer favorites that we dried and preped and saved. The fruits and flowers pair nicely with the puerh that grounds the flavor profile with a bit of nourishing minerality.
Try it as a latte - steamed milk is great with this blend!
NOTE: Some inserts have a misprint that omits the puerh tea - this blend has both black and puerh teas.
