From a past Advent calendar! This blend is reminiscent of a German Christmas market tea I've had before, which is somewhat like mulled wine, without the wine? It's got those sweet apple notes, fresh orange notes, but also this caramel touch that makes it so satisfying. And sometimes the best things in life are hard to describe, but wonderful to just enjoy and not worry too much about what to call it. 

 

I love this tea iced; I know many of you drink iced tea year-round, but also a glass of iced tea is super refreshing sitting by the fire or enjoyed after a busy few hours in front of a hot stove!
