And we haven't done many chesnut specific teas for the herbal folks, so I decided to give it a try. One previous blend that our customers continue to talk about was "Snowy Mountain," which was a riff on the French dessert mont blanc - it's basically a chesnut creme. Chestnut needs a little body, which is why this tea is a decaf black to give it that structure to let the flavor notes stand out.
This is one of the blends I strongly recommend "keeping it clean" - e.g. don't add any sweetner, milk, etc. to it until you've tried it plain first. You can always add stuff in, but you can't take it out.
