If you didn't know, holy basil sounds like something in a pasta sauce but it's actually in the mint family. It's used to help the body respond to stress - I wonder why it was included in an advent calendar! You can add sugar to give it a "sweet mint" flavor profile similar to Moroccan tea.

We used to carry a holy basil tea in our shop, but was not very popular and we had to discontinue it. Would love to know what you think of this blend!

Wise Winter Herbal tea has a soothing minty aroma that immediately relaxed me. I have had Tulsi(Holy Basil) in other teas, but this one has been my favorite out of all the brands. I had a cup right before bedtime and thought it helped me sleep more peacefully.

This was in the caffeine free advent calendar and I love it! At first I didn’t know what that flavor was. I don’t think I’ve ever had a tea with holy basil in it. But this is really good! And I love the spearmint in it too. Plan to order a bag as soon as it’s available.
