In this case just some timing wasn't going to work out with the figs, so here we are enjoying them for the holidays. The figs have that sweet richness to them that is perfectly balanced by the refreshing kiss of lemon.
It goes without saying that I'd love drinking this tea with a cheese board or some kind of charcuterie. In fact, tea and cheese pairings can be a fun holiday activity.

This is a new staple for me from the '23 advent calendar! I love it iced... it's a perfect lemony sweet tea. I quickly bought a few bags to last me over the year because I think it'll be refreshing even in summertime! I hope this comes back next year!
