I love this tea and always keep it on hand. The tartness of the elderberry and brightness of the orange peel are a perfect combination. I particularly like it with a bit of honey when I have a sore throat or feel a cold coming on.

Besides being hot comfort in a mug, this is wonderfully refreshing as a cold brew. With its versatility, I want to try making a concentrate for Thai tea. I think this tea would taste amazing as the base. Stay tuned…
