This year was a collaborative blend between Andy and our tea makers. The name is suggestive of a candy bar, but you won’t find anything crunchy in this blend.
The magic of this blend is that we feature three very different sweet notes. The sweetness of the almond has almost a wintergreen note, the butterscotch has a caramelized sugar note, and then the chocolate is more of a bitter cacao type of sweet.
That said, this blend is not pre-sweetened, so it isn’t overtly sweet; feel free to sweeten to taste.

BREWING TIPS:
Add in a honey stick or some tea sugar to allow the unique flavor blend to blossom.

A perfect cup of “calm”
Buttercrunch Blend (herbal) was a February Tea of of the Month Club. I loved it so much I have bought it several times. It has a lovely nutty, sweet taste that is perfect with my tea time break, in the afternoon, of a shortbread cookie and my cup of calming tea. Buy it soon! It disappears at the end of April.
