Add a splash of cream to bring out the “cream” notes; don’t add too much or oversteep to avoid curdling milk.

This is one of my favorite teas from the monthly tea subscription! I am ordering more! I have the herbal blend. Just make sure to steep it long enough to get all of the flavor.
At first I was a bit skeptical, but after one taste, I was sold. The currant plays beautifully with the vanilla. The flavor is further enhanced with the addition of some cream. I followed this up by making the same exact tea (with cream) as an iced version. As someone who prefers hot tea over iced, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious and refreshing this was. Will definitely be ordering more.
It is a good solid cup of tea. The currant flavor comes through but is more subtle than I thought it would be. On second steeping, the currant flavor dissipated and the black tea remained. A good tea but I don't think I would order more.
