Amber honey sticks are fantastic!

I enjoy both kinds of honey sticks but the Amber Carrot Blossom ones take it an extra step with a richer, darker flavour that mixes wonderfully in stronger teas. Delicious! (ps. if you are like me and have been using scissors, there's no need - you can open either end by biting gently against the seam. You'll just have to resist the urge to eat the whole stick right there. Or don't, and enjoy a sweet treat!)

I have both the Amber Carrot Blossom and Oregon Wildflower Honey Sticks and love them both! I use the amber when I want a deeper flavor in my tea. Both add just the right amount of sweetness to my tea. The sticks are easy to use. Just snip an end and stir into tea. No mess!

More taste, not overly sweet

I bought these because although I already have the traditional orange blossom honey sticks, I was curious. At first, I wasn’t sure that I liked them as much as the orange honey ones but now I think I like them more. They are not as overly sweet and have a subtle flavor. I love them in more astringent tea because they don’t add too much sweet flavor but cut the tartness.

Not bad...but

Item description uses "neutral" for flavor, and I think I have to agree. I am comparing this to my local clover honey: not bad but not special.
Not overly thrilled with the plastic "stick"; all I could say was "what a waste!"
