I recently went to a dinner party and I had mentioned one of my favorite themes is doing a brunch party, but for dinner. It’s always popular but this person took things to the next level with a maple syrup bar: all sorts of infusions, like you’d see at a popular neighborhood pancake joint. The spicy one was my favorite and made me think that adding maple to a classic hot cinnamon tea would be a really fun combination.
You don’t need to host a party to enjoy this blend, though; it pairs well with festive occasions of all shapes and sizes (and times of day). But don’t turn down my suggestion of pairing it with pancakes, if you’re hungry!

Makes a phenomenal latte (adding steamed milk). Reduce steep time if too spicy.

First off the smell is beyond welcoming and wonderful. I was almost tempted to use it as a seasonal potpourri but then I remembered it's here to drink. The flavors work so well together it will leave you craving the next cup. Enjoy it plain or with sugar and sweetener it's delicious every way.
From the first sip of warmth and comfort that makes you feel like your sipping on a hot apple cider by a warm fire to the nice notes of maple that remind you of a pancake house it invites you in and holds you like a warm hug. I can't stress enough how good this tea is and I really hope it finds a place to stay on the regular offerings. After a few mugs on it's own I mixed a bit with Stargazer Caramel Maté Chai, if you have this on hand I'd try a 50/50 mix to add even more fun in a mug.
