The first time I tried this one I steeped it in hot water, and I was disappointed. Then I discovered cold brewing and gave it another chance. Brewed this way it's so smooth and delicious with a hint of chocolate! The red color is fun too! I like hot or iced with no sweetener or cream.

This is a really surprising tea. I was a little reserved when I first tried it, as Red Velvet has always been a favorite cake of mine. I was not disappointed. It has a very warm earthy chocolate flavor to it and somehow has a hint of red color to the liquid that just makes it so satisfying!
