The new Tiramisu tea from Plum Deluxe is an amazing addition to their
dessert tea line up. This goes doubly so for coffee fans. The tea's
tasting notes of coffee vanilla. with a little chocolate, make this
tea versatile for resteeping and various flavor combos. My first cup I
made with unsweetened oat milk for a rich coffee flavor. My 2nd cup
(resteeped leaves) I used a dab of vanilla honey and a square of
melted dark milk chocolate I placed in the cup and let the hot water
melt it for a sweeter, dessert tea. My next plans include adding hot
chocolate mix and whipped topping!

I love tiramisu so I was excited to try this and it did not disappoint! This tea hits all the right flavor notes. It is bold with lingering flavors of chocolate, vanilla and of course- coffee. Depending on how you like it prepared, it morphs into two different beverages. Without sweetener, it provides a delicious, yet somewhat stronger flavor with a quick punch of caffeine. Prepared this way, it's perfect for mornings when you need to get up and go! With creamer and sweetener, the flavors mellow into a delicious cup of dessert. You can curl up with a book and relax while imagining that you're at an Italian cafe. A highlight of "Dessert Month!"

The first sip was a smooth, slightly sweet flavor with a well-balanced blend of cocoa richness and creamy vanilla. The black tea base provided a slight maltiness that complemented the dessert-like element.
The aftertaste was pleasant, left me with a hint of chocolate and vanilla. YUMM.. My next cup I tried it with a splash of cream and a pump of vanilla syrup for a creamier experience, which made it into a yummy cozy treat.
