Cranberry Wassail Recipe - Alcohol Free Mulled 'Wine' Alternative

Ingredients:
  • 1 bag cranberries
  • 4 tsp Mulled Wine Tea
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Water

Directions:
  1. Simmer and Steep: Combine cranberries, tea, and water in a pot on the stove. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 60 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning, esp when near a boil. If water starts to get low, you can add a little bit more water
  2. Strain and Sweeten: Once a darker color of liquid is achieved, strain the mixture through a sieve, pressing the cranberries to extract all the flavorful juices. Return the liquid to the pot and simmer. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
  3. Sip and Savor: Pour your Cranberry Wassail into your favorite mug and enjoy the comforting aroma and taste. Each sip is a moment of tranquility, a perfect way to unwind and recharge.
Note: This will make your house smell divine and is great to make before a party or having guests.
