But I need some guidance when working out, someone to help guide me and push me further along the fitness journey. And I've found some absolutely fabulous resources on Youtube that I use for support -- and they're free! I love that Youtube makes it easy to create my own playlists so when I'm ready to work out, I just pick from the playlist I'm needing that day: low impact, yoga, full on cardio, etc.
Here are three free Youtube fitness channels that are my favorites.

Fitness Blender
I do a workout with Fitness Blender about four times a week. Launched by a couple that believes that everyone deserves a bit of free support in getting healthy, they have a variety of workouts, from kickboxing to low-impact workouts that range from 10 minutes to an hour. Their site includes paid options for planners, meal plans, and more. I love their videos so much that I want to send them money!

BodyRock
BodyRock is guaranteed to give you a good kick up the behind. From their regular bootcamps and challenges to smooth yoga classes and low-impact offerings, you can get a well-rounded workout from these classes. Their HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is all but guaranteed to drop pounds.

XHIT Daily
XHIT Daily features shorter workouts, typically 15-20 minutes long. But they burn; when they say things like "muffin top melter" or "bun roaster," they aren't kidding -- you'll feel it. If you're looking for workouts focused on specific problem areas, this channel is for you. They also feature a variety of CrossFit workouts if you have some equipment and like that style of workout.
I'm grateful for all of these great workouts to help keep my mind and body sharp. There's no excuse not to get your body moving!
