We Want Some More! S'mores Recipe Roundup
There are few foods that transition as well from childhood to adulthood as the s’more (whose name literally means, “some more.” Coincidence? I think not.). From summer camping trips to backyard firepits, the s’more is simply expected to make an appearance. But with fall upon us, it’s time to think about bringing the s’mores indoors. Rather than making a mess in your living room fireplace, check out some creative culinary takes on the classic s’more that will leave you, well, wanting some more.

We served French macaroons at the dessert bar at our wedding, and so I think they’ll always hold a special place in my heart -- especially when they’re stuffed with chocolate and marshmallow.
